Gîte

  • If cancelled up to six weeks before the start of the stay: we refund 50% of the deposit
  • In case of cancellation between six and four weeks: we refund 25% of the deposit
  • In case of cancellation between four and two weeks : 50% of the rent already paid will be refunded
  • In case of cancellation within two weeks: nothing will be refunded
  • If the guest decides to shorten the stay after arrival: nothing will be refunded

Chambres d'hôtes and camping

  • Cancellation up to 30 days: no costs
  • In case of cancellation between 30 days and 14 days: we charge 50% of the rent
  • In case of cancellation between 14 days and arrival day: we charge 75% of the rent
  • If the guest decides to shorten the stay after arrival: we charge 100%

It is up to the owner to, in favor of the guest, to deviate from the above conditions
